Provides a link field type that supports sms: URIs and a compatible formatter.
This module creates a new field type for SMS links, this field allows editors to add sms:+123456789 type links.
The module is based on the core Link field so it has all the same configuration options.
Usage
- Add a new field of type Link (with SMS support) to your content type or entity.
- In the field settings or when entering data, use sms: URIs such as:
sms:+1234567890 sms:+1234567890?body=Hello - Choose the formatter Link with SMS support when configuring display options to ensure correct rendering.
