univate CreditAttribution: univate commentedI think each gateway should have its own project on drupal.org with a name in the format of sms_[gatewayname] rather then being added into this module.

univate CreditAttribution: univate commentedI'm just suggesting that I think that people who are creating gateway modules for the sms framework should create their own project space on drupal.org - I don't think its reasonable to expect a maintainer to have sms accounts with every gateway out there so I think the better strategy is those developing modules maintain their modules themselves.
Obviously the strategy of people posting patches with modules here hasn't worked and I'm in the same position as previous maintainers where I am reviewing patches, but since I can't test this and other gateways patches I'm suggesting people create their own projects.
