pere orgaSorry the UX is terrible. You have to edit the template and save it filling all the required fields. After that, you need to edit the template again and click "Get access token". Then, after saving the template again, you will be able to create an instance and start importing

brightboldI had the same problem with LinkedIn and this explanation totally cleared it up for me, thanks.
Perhaps titling the link "Edit settings" instead of "Edit template" would help make this more obvious. I completely failed to notice that the column header was "settings," and as a result I put off clicking the template link because I assumed it was related to theming so wanted to have some content imported before theming. If it had been called "settings" I probably would have clicked it before the "Instances" link.
