Filter views by social_content instance name

The views implementation has only one filter option available: "The source network of the import".

It would be useful to also expose the ID/name of the instances.

For example if you have both tweets showing #cutecats and #dogsoftwitter in your config, you probably don't want to see them all mashed up in one view.

Here's a patch that adds this functionality.
