Module to allow site builders to add css/js files to be applied as Drupal libraries.
CSS/JS can optionally be loaded globally, for every page, no matter the theme.
Optionally, style libraries can be programmatically engaged by submodules or developers in theme preprocess.
1.0 is compatible with Drupal 9 and 10. Active development will be in for these Drupal versions.
The Drupal 7 version is fully functional but will be minimally maintained.
