I missed the possibility for the responsible/assigned user for a ticket look through the ticket's comments.
The only one that actually can see the ticket's comments is the ticket's creator. So, the only way that the owner of a ticket can track the task evolution is through the historical mail's send by system on your own mailbox. Even if the user has the 'Access tickets' permission and is both auto-assigned and auto-subscribled to a client, if he is not the creator or have any further administrative permission, can't see the task evolution through the ticket's comments.

For me, such possibility would help me alot - and maybe also help anothers...

It make sense to implement it?

Thanks in advance!

There is a way for the comment string to be seen, it is by giving the permission "Can view others tickets". This is a major flaw in permissions here. The person assigned the ticket has to be able to see the comment string for the ticket assigned to them, but the only way that is possible is to give them permissions to see all tickets.
