This is a basic theme using Tailwind CSS with PostCSS using Stark as a base theme.

Please have a look at the daisyUI contrib theme which uses this theme as a base theme. With daisyUI you get many out-of-the-box CSS components so you don't have to write all the Tailwind classes yourself for building UI components.
