The message: You currently have 0 items in your cart. The minimum purchase is 15 items. displays regardless of the number of items in the cart (I have minimum order quantity set to 15). I tried installing the development version as well but ran into the same problem. This started occurring after upgrading to the latest version of Ubercart.
