upgrade_status 8.x-1.0-beta1

Now comes with a visual summary of the results thanks to Tsegaselassie Tadesse (@tsega)! All reported system level issues have been resolved. Includes a data cleanup update function to remove outdated scanning information given the new format required since alpha4. Make sure to run update.php. Runs well with the latest phpstan release.

If you have not checked out the module recently, it also categorizes results based on actionability. "Fix now"/"Fix later" categories are based on core supported versions for contributed projects and your own Drupal version for custom projects. "Check manually" is for cases we could not tell the Drupal core version number for the deprecation.
