Supports bookmarking of AJAX views, including exposed filters and pagination. On Drupal 11.3+ core does this too; on earlier versions this module provides it.

Compared to Drupal core (11.3+):

  1. It is enabled per view, rather than for all AJAX views.
  2. Query arguments can be excluded from the URL (for example when used with Views Reference Field).
  3. Each change is added to the browser history, so the back button returns to the previous filters and page. Core only updates the current URL.

When enabled on a view, core's own URL updating is turned off for that view.

Configuration

  1. Edit the View
  2. Open Advanced → Other → Use AJAX
  3. Tick 'Use AJAX' (Drupal Core)
  4. Then tick 'Record interactions into AJAX history' (this module)
  5. Optionally, list query arguments to leave out of the URL under exclusions, one per line.
  6. Save the View.

If core's behaviour is enough for you on Drupal 11.3+, you can uninstall this module; its settings are removed from your views on uninstall.
