integration with jquery masonry or isotope

I'd like to integrate this with a view that I've applied the jquery isotope library to. I've got masonry working on page load, but when the next set of items are loaded to the page, the are loading under the orignal images and not positioning correctly. I believe this is because isotope wants to use it's append method. It seems like a modification or extension of the jquery.autopager file would do the trick, but I'm not sure how I'd get that into what you've already built.

Would you have any ideas on how I could get this working?
