Enables to send a link to a webform draft via email.
Configuration
1. Visit /admin/structure/webform/manage/{WEBFORM}/settings/submissions
and check the 'Allow your users to save and finish the webform later' option.
2. Check the 'Allow users to update a submission using a secure token' option.
3. Scroll down to the "SEND DRAFT LINK" section and check the "Allow users to send links to drafts by email" option.
Uses
After saving a draft, a user can open the 'Send draft link' tab and send a link. The link will be inserted to the 'Message' field.
