Could the package name be changed to match the Webform package? It would be nice to have them both listed in the same category on the modules page.

Currently it is: package = "webform"
Should be: package = "Webform"

I noticed you have a version 3 to match Webform's v3.
In the latest Webform, they've created their own package on the modules page, so I've attached a patch to add Webform Block to that same package.
