Hello,

I've been using Workbench for a long while on my Drupal website. There is a bug in my website and to find it i'd like to remove/disable this module. When i install/activate again, will revisions and everything come back?

Also will deactivating this module will have any side effects on my revised articles?

Thanks for the great work. Keep it up!

Long and short, "Workbench Moderation moderates revisions." When it comes to deactivating the module, disabling or uninstalling Workbench will not change the content, stored as revisions, on your site. Revisions are built into Drupal core and stored in your site's database independently of Workbench stuff. You can read about just where here: https://www.drupal.org/node/320614

Basically, no, after you disable or uninstall Workbench, your published revisions will remain but the way you manage them will be gone.
