'All recent content' to show who made last edit

The 'All recent content' page lists recent content with the latest update date. However for the Author column it shows the original author, not the person who made the latest update. Would be nice if it also showed 'Last edited by' along with the author for auditing purposes. We have content on our site created by people who have left our organization several months ago, yet recent content is showing them as the author, making it kind of confusing for editors.
