There's no need to change the version number since it just defines the version at which to begin overriding keys from the main array, thus 0.2.0 also uses the same integration file 0.1.0 did. (We shouldn't really need to define the 'versions' key unless there have been major API changes in editors and I don't know why they did it in the original patch. Just leaving as is for now.)
I also took the liberty of changing the download URL to the main URL to keep it from getting outdated as new versions are released. The other editors should all link to a page where you can download the latest library as well, but I was just informed at least the YUI download link doesn't, so I'll change that as well.
Committed the fix to 7.x-2.x.
