Fork of Cache Actions that contains some bugfixes and enhancements.
Addressed issues:
- #2010660: Fatal error on panels display save when a RulesContainerPlugin is present
- #1815052: Editing a panel which has cache_actions caching does not flush panel cache
- #1869846: Add Panelizer support
- #2576649: %node:changed-timestamp doesn't change when using revisions
- Adds revision support to entity context arguments
