This light module plugs into Field Validation module to allow the use of a taxonomy term value when setting a validation rule.
This module is a solution (one in many) to #1411270: Support autocomplete taxonomy field ("free tagging") for module Field Validation, and has been committed to its 7.x-2.x branch, so it won't receive further update.
