Responsive: MobileDetect PHP library and CSS3 Media Query integration.
Demo
Installation
1. Download Theme
2. Download MobileDetect
3. Upload Theme to sites/all/themes
4. Upload MobileDetect library to sites/all/libraries/mobiledetect/Mobile_Detect.php
5. Enable evolutionweb theme
6. Set blocks
7. change/extend CSS style, layout, phone, tablet
