Creates a block that you can place anywhere to allow your visitors to subscribe to
IdRelay.
Features
It will check if your user is already in the idRelay database, as an active subscriber, not active susbscriber or a newcomer.
I have been using the t() function so most of the strings are fully translatable.
I did this for work and now I'll share it with the community.

PHP 5.2, 5.3 +
You need to have an account with idrelay:
