Experimental project
This is a sandbox project, which contains experimental code for developer use only.
This module provide facility to limit publishing options on role bases.
If to limit node promotion, sticky and publish is required, this is will help you to do that.
When enabled, it will provide an interface at Configuration > Content Authoring > Limit Publishing Options. There you can configure the settings of limit for each role seprately.

Why do you need this?
If you want to limit user of a specific role to publish only x nodes per day and/or promote x nodes per day and/or sticky x nodes per day, then you defenetly need this.
