Ànfàní EHR - an easy to use and electronic health records framework for small hospitals and health centers . Created as a Drupal distribution to be deployed in a LAMP environment , the Ànfàní EHR framework was initially created for developing countries, so ease of use was a priority. The modular design enables users to decide whether to stick with the basic system which is just for medical records keeping or install other modules (e,g drug dispensing, accounting). It is offered as FREE open source software .
