Changed from using mcrypt to using OpenSSL for data encryption.
Created a new branch for Drupal 6 to account for changes of all references to OpenX to Revive Adserver.
First stable release.
This is a security release which includes no changes to the release tagged as 6.x-3.8, other than a fix for the security issues listed in SA-CONTRIB-2014-117 - Hierarchical Select - Cross Site Scripting (XSS).
