Jott Link module for Drupal 6.

Updated to match the changes in the privatemsg module, so that the old hacked up version is no longer needed instead of the current HEAD release of privatemsg.

Those that have already migrated to Drupal can safely ignore this update.

One small CSS validation fix in style.css and style.dark.css

Added documentation to easily add IE6 stylesheet

Sorry for releasing again so soon, but I didn't want to have the CSS error floating around.

Lots of bug fixes and some new features, full changelog:
