Development release for Drupal 6.

Please do no use this release! It has a bug that causes fatal errors.

• #266314 (Bo Kleve) Fix fatal error and check that i18n is enabled before trying to disable it's query rewriting.
• #270337 Add a setting to hide the translation status message.

First release. Meant for developers to use when debugging.

This is the last beta release. Depending on the number of new bug reports generated, the first RC should be just around the corner.

There is still a bug in Drupal core to do with view-specific themes. See http://drupal.org/node/241570 for more information.
