First official, stable release of PRLP module for Drupal 6.

Thanks to the community (Agileware and izmeez) for providing patches and testing.

This is the Drupal 6 backport of the PRLP module.

Thanks to Agileware for submitting issue #2193241, and code. I had to apply a bunch of subsequent patches to bring it in line with the D7 version. I encourage all D6 users to try out this version and provide feedback.
