Bio:

35+ years in Business Applications Design, Development, Architecture and Strategic Consulting at Motorola, Texas Instruments, and EDS/HP. Currently retired from the corporate world and dedicating my energies, philanthropic support, and software/IT knowledge to non-profits who focus on education and under-served kids.

Implemented and manage a Drupal 7 / CiviCRM 5 site hosted on siteground.com for Cimarron Hills Residents in Georgetown, Texas. Send out Newsletters, special notices, and manage Events for 800+ Cimarron Hills Residents. Recently migrated the site to Drupal 9.4 with CiviCRM 5.50.3.

In February 2022 elected by residents to the Cimarron Hills HOA BOD where I've analyzed the previous Reserve Studies back to 2015 and corresponding cash flow, and continue to manage the Drupal 9, CiviCRM 5 site.

As an svpDallas lead partner for missionpossiblekids, my role has been as Technology strategy committee chair. We released the missionpossiblekids.org web site in late 2015 utilizing Drupal and are about to release a civiCRM rules-based "secret agent" registrations implementation, including agent rank promitions based on number of missions completed. The migration has been executed by a probono team from Fidelity Management and Research group in Westlake, TX. The team of 8 FTEs started the project with no knowledge of Drupal or civiCRM and, with my training and guidance, will have completed a set of complex roles, Missions, and promotion process in less than 3 months through their "burst" process of 2 full days every other week.

Participated on the Dallas After School Network KIPP Charter School IT Steering Committees and recently migrated 27,000+ contacts for Texas Instruments Alumni Retiree and Association Membership data to a Drupal 7/x/CiviCRM 4.x site.

As part of a Texas Instruments Alumni team, I migrated their complex data into a new Drupal 7 and civiCRM 4.2 solution from an Access DB with rules applied via asp code and manually applied procedural steps. The new portal was announced and demonstrated at the Annual TI Alumni Meeting to be held in the newly opened George Bush Library on the Dallas, TX, Southern Methodist University (SMU) campus the second week of May, 2013.
