Monica "Nikki" Flores (monicadear)

Greetings!

Join DrupalCon North America for global Drupal events: https://events.drupal.org/

Since 2004 I've worked in successively increasing roles starting as a full-stack developer, product team lead, director of digital products, lead software engineer, and technical project manager.

I support using technology to make a measurable difference in solving problems, connecting communities, and building more effective change-making teams.

I currently volunteer for the Drupal organizing committee for North America and formerly served as global elected Community Member in a board role for the Drupal Association from 2022-2024.

At Lullabot I served for seven years as a technical project manager and senior technical project manager, receiving the Certified ScrumMaster® in 2020. I held the IAAP Certified Professionals in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from 2023 through 2026.

For twelve years I served as a background-checked Girl Scouts troop leader.

I've traveled to 35 countries, and enjoy reading sci-fi and memoirs, walking, and drinking coffee and tea.
