I am a Senior Software Engineer with Urban Emu.

Recently my work has led to the development and focus on extending the Drupal access control environment. Most recently the construction of a plug-able API that provide complex access control options to developers and site admins. The Advanced Access module is the platform for this functionality. By using custom plugins or pair it with other modules such as Paragraphs Access and Role Access Control it can be used to build complex access systems. Other related modules I have worked on include the Drupal 8 release of Role Inheritance which provides a layer for mapping role organizational inheritance structure to a Drupal site.

I recently started working heavily with the Webform module and started development on Webform Composite Tools to provide additional features around the Webform module's composite elements that did not fit well within the base features.

I am also working with the API First Initiative and a maintainer for the OpenApi module.

I have a personal belief that good software is built with collaboration. Within Drupal, this extends to the community and its modules. I feel that contributing my work improves the available power of Drupal and improves the platform, plus allows other to test and improve the features and components. I believe this connects closely with Drupal community and mission.
