Currently, I am the Director of Digital Services at WUSF Public Media in Tampa, FL. WUSF broadcasts from two radio stations and 4 digital TV stations. I am responsible for digital communications, delivery of digital Underwriting and the design and development of our Web platforms. We have 3 main Web sites which support and represent WUSF 89.7 our news station, WSMR 89.1, our all Classical Music station and WUSF TV's 4 digital channels. Recently I redesigned our main Website, WUSF.org as a fully responsive, Drupal 7 site. Our News and Health Websites are Drupal 7 "Core Publisher" sites living on NPR servers, and we have designed one Website for the School of Mass Comm.

I have been with WUSF Public Media for 15 years, having started as a Web Designer, and then as WebMaster. My original background is in art and design, and as the world of design changed I realized that technology was an integral part that could not be ignored. Besides I really love being able to assuage my insatiable thirst for knowledge. And being able to exercise both left and right brain is very satisfying to me. And so, here I am, a student of Drupal and other Web technologies.
