Issue Summary
As per the discussion here, this is a suggestion to use Frank Gelinas's jQuery timepicker. This heavily depends on #388762: Alternative timepickers: Make timepicker pluggable, so setting it to postponed.
PS: ...also adding a proper tag for it.

Thanks for opening this new node for my proposal. Can you edit the title to "Frank Gelinas's Timepicker" please :)

Hey Frank, no problem, thanx for creating the timepicker and making it public. One thing though: I checked your timepicker's page and I see no link or mention of a license. Please consider licensing it under GPL (drupal.org prefers that).
As for this issue's title, you can edit it and change it yourself, but I'd suggest not to. The reason is because we need to agree on a "scheme" under which all alternatives will be titled -for consistency-. I suggested this to be in the form of "Alternative timepickers: [name__of_timepicker]" as you can read here: #1240930: Alternatives to jQuery timepicker [meta/list]

...minor issue title edit to correct Frank's surname ;)

Added information about the licensing on the page, thanks. It is licensed under MIT and GPL, the same as the jQuery project.

Perfect! Thanx ;)

How can we use it in Drupal (6) please ? Could you help us for setup?

For artatum :
I am not familiar with Drupal 6, but I have a special package that is compatible with legacy jQuery down to version 1.2.6 and jQuery UI 1.6 if that's what you need. You can find in on the "Get Timepicker" tab of the plugin page.
