Moved from the drupaldojo.org planning book. Original author is dmirig01.

In the new system, there will be a live.drupaldojo.com, which will host our live lessons.
This will have several components:

VNC reflector
Right now, we use webavant.com as our VNC reflector. Unfortunately, it's not perfect. Ideally, we would only reflect when lessons are either running, or about to start. Also, we should work on finding a more reliable solution

Teamspeak server
We are also using webavant.com for Teamspeak. We should host this on the main site

Web interface
When you navigate to the site, you will get instructions for watching directly (i.e. not through the web interface), instructions for broadcasting, and, if a lesson is happening, or about to begin, a big banner saying "Click to watch the current lesson". And it would link back to the next lesson, on the main dd.com site.

There would also be what we have now at http://webavant.com/dojo1/, a web interface to teamspeak and vnc and irc, hopefully
