Hi, as I have read the Documentation issue reports

I suggest to add a section named (proposal):

"Issue report Component"

- description

with those item to define/describe :

  • Correction/Clarification: (1 or 2 case when to apply)
  • New Documentation: (1 or 2 case when to apply)
  • Placement and Navigation: (1 or 2 case when to apply)
  • Delete Comments: (1 or 2 case when to apply)
  • Outdated: (1 or 2 case when to apply)
  • Vandalism/Spam: (1 or 2 case when to apply)
  • Join Documentation Team: (1 or 2 case when to apply)
  • Other Documentation Issues: (1 or 2 case when to apply)

Where as I'm not that experienced to best describe and define those component Tags for Issues
I ask here about the best simple/short definition to add to the items.
And also what is for you the best collocation for this Section.

Your suggestions, idea, support is very much appreciate.

We definitely need a page that explains how the Documentation project is using the issue queue and this list of definitions would fit nicely there. As far as I know a "Docs issue queue" page has not been created (or found) yet as part of the Getting involved handbook issues: #240242: Contrib Redesign: Documentation.

If we could look around and see if an existing page exists that can be expanded on or, if not, create a new page, then we can add this definition list there.

yep, I would say that Documentation issue reports (http://drupal.org/node/24565) could probably use a little freshening up. I think this definition list should definitely go there. We should link to this page from other pages that encourage people to make issues.

FYI: Summarize what I have done till now.

1. Linked all similar issue to here.
2. Started a Draft Table and linked here.

To do:

1. A new Draft Table as to reflect contributions to this Issue.
2. Will publish a Table Draft on my Site for further developing.

Correction/Clarification

This is regards to existing documentation. If documentation is unclear or wrong, please choose this component. For example, content is actually wrong and needs to be updated or something is just blatantly confusing.

New Documentation

If you have suggestions about adding documentation, either sections or content, please use this component.

Placement and Navigation

Content should be moved to a different section because it would be more relevant there.

Delete Comments:

?new title?

For comments that either need to be removed because they are support requests or irrelevant to documentation, or they should be integrated into the documentation.

Outdated

If content is outdated and does not apply or should be found under a different section/archive, use this component.

Vandalism/Spam

If content or comments are vulgar or spam, let us know by using this component.

Join Documentation Team
