When I'm trying to run cron script from cron task, it generate the error.

Why?

My provider doesn't allow me to use wget, fetch, etc. cmd to run cron.php

Take a look at #346285: Drupal 5.14 & Drupal 6.8 will not load on clients that do not transmit HTTP_HOST which has an explanation and patches.
