Description
This small patch incorporates the two patches by MGM (http://drupal.org/node/317413) and swentel (http://drupal.org/node/325572#comment-1084316). It offers the possibility to suppress the "Private"-checkbox in the shared editing section maintained by users so that shared posts can be held always private.

The first part of this (#317413) has already been applied, and the second part is related to a larger issue (#325572) that will be rolled as one patch for that issue.
