I have tried using the heartbeat messages within panels but it only results in an warning message without any heartbeat messages showing up.

The "all heartbeat messages" block causes an error as soon as i activate the block for a region. Which means that panels is not the cause of the warning message.

When editing the "all heartbeat messages" view i am also getting an error.

I had nothing to do with panels and was an global bug in heartbeat. This if fixes in the 4 branch
