The "Video Publishing settings" fieldset is displayed under the login form on the user authentication page (?q=user). This is happening if there are no content types selected in the videopublishing settings page.

I guess this is happening for all forms that have the length of formID equal to 10 charancters. This should be fixed changing the line 129 in videopublishing.module
