Passing this along for your awareness.

Vanilla D10 site. Created a ECK entity and some content for it. Created a View Block which worked as expected to create, but it's not showing up in the Block Layout tool for deployment. I was able to add the block to an area in Layout Builder.

Cleared cache, restarted Apache and it still does not show up.

Closing this ticket. I have been unable to recreate the problem. Subsequent block creation worked as expected.
