BrightTALK Feeds
BrightTALK channel
BrightTALK webcast

BrightTALK webcasts are used by thought leaders around the world to share their insights, ideas, and most up-to-date knowledge with other professionals in their industry.

This project enables Drupal websites to be automatically populated with BrightTALK webcasts for specific industries and topics.

Subscribe to specific BrightTALK channel feeds and automatically create a channel on your Drupal site, and a page (node) for each webcast in the channel.

Drupal 8 Set Up

IMPORTANT do not enable the BrightTALK Feeds module.

Feeds module is not recognising the BrightTALK Feeds parser when it's in the BrightTALK Feeds module, but it works fine if the file is added to the Feeds module.

Follow the instructions in the README.txt file to install the BrightTALK Feeds parser file.

Note - there is currently no upgrade path from the Drupal 7 version of this module to the Drupal 8 version.

Drupal 7 Set Up

Simple

Enable the included BrightTALK Channel module - this will automatically create BrightTALK Channel and BrightTALK Webcast content types for you, and a BrightTALK Feed importer mapped to these content types.

Advanced

Alternatively, you can set up your own content channel and webcast types, and map their fields onto the custom feed parser provided by the Feeds BrightTALK module. The parser makes it very simple to map BrightTALK feed data onto Drupal fields.
