Hi,

The Gigya registration is not working on my website. It works well and all of the sudden it stopped working. When I try to register a user using social login, it throws the error "username and email is required" Please assist.

Hi madanzes, can you provide some more info:
Do you see any errors in the logs?
Can you also open a ticket via Gigya support (for which client)?
The latest Gigya module version is 7.x-5.3, did you try to upgrade, if not, it's well recommended.
When you refer to "Social login" , do you mean using a social network login via RAAS service, or Social login service?

Yes, I will create a ticket via Gigya support. but it would be helpful If I could get the issue resolved asap.

Hi @madanzes, To help our support be as effective as possible, please try to answer all of the questions.

Did you try upgrading to latest Gigya module version? most releases include small bug fixes as well as new functionality. and your problem may be solved in a newer version.

Can you provide the support ticket # so we can connect with your account details?
With your client name and API key we can check your account settings and try to reproduce.

Which Drupal and PHP versions are you using?
