No matter what I do I keep getting this error I have made sure my server time and drupal timezone match, got keys etc but it still shows error, even after disabling /re-enabling, clearing cache etc.

The error log reads:

strtr() [function.strtr]: The second argument is not an array in /home/xxxx/html/modules/syslog/syslog.module on line 106.
I updated to Beta and still have the issue.

a 3 minute server difference was the issue, so minor it was hard to see
