A module to enable API-based integration to Tugboat QA.
Installation steps
This requires the Tugboat command line tool that can be downloaded from the Tugboat QA site.
After downloading, enable the module and fill out the configuration form at `admin/config/system/tugboat`.
Usage
Take a look at the "tugboat_example" submodule in this repository for an example. The "tugboat" module primarily offers a callback that can be invoked by other modules as needed.
