Deal with the content of /drupal-services book [#1649410]

Part of Marketplace improvements.

New marketplace is live. "Marketplace preview" does not exist anymore. We are currently moving everyone to the new section. Companies from "Marketplace preview" were moved to "All providers" section.

Service providers moved to Featured marketplace, old nodes unpublished:

All companies from the old /drupal-services page which have organization nodes are now listed in the Featured section of the Marketplace, their old book pages unpublished. Except for Grandoch Media - they have org node but never checked "request marketplace listing" and no mentions of community contributions. I'll contact them via email and ask if the want to be listed still.

There is a list of companies which do not have org nodes yet, we'll need to contact them and make sure they know what's going on.

lisarex and I went through "Service providers moved to Featured marketplace, old nodes unpublished" list and assigned aliases to most of the list (they are crossed out).

We'd like to get more opinions on 14 companies in "To be decided" list (not crossed out). While they are ok for the "All providers" section, they might not fit into "Featured" with our current guidelines. Additionally seems that some of them never went through review process for the old Drupal services book.
Should we leave them as Featured or more to "All providers?"

My thoughts on the "To be decided." Opinions are based on the new Organization node/user accounts/websites and not the old services node.

- I'd remove from Featured until the profile has the users listed and they add more to their Contributions section.

- Remove from Featured. I'm not sure how some of their contributions are from them. Also, I don't recognize any of their usernames.

- Remove from Featured. The modules listed as their contributions have all been marked as unsupported or seeking new maintainer. Without the userlist, it's hard to say what their newer contributions would be.

- (Is this just for training?) While I know the username and I know why sean was listed in the old services, I can't find anything current and am apprehensive about making this a Featured company.

Thanks for review silverwing. lisarex and I mostly agreed with you, I've moved most of those companies to "All providers" section. All current featured companies got path aliases.
All companies that don't have organization node now will have to go through usual review process when they apply for listing later. I think this issue can be marked fixed.
