commerce_multicurrency 7.x-1.3

Re-packaging of the release 1.2, something went wrong there

This release is mainly focused on making it easier to use the module out of the box e.g. by defining new default rules.
Further it adds some new features that make the module even more flexible.

Changes / Features:

• You can handle custom price fields (that won't fire the normal commerce rule events) as well!
  The module provides the new rules event Set the display price (commerce_multicurrency_set_display_price).
  The configuration is made in the display settings of each (custom) price field (e.g. admin/commerce/products/types/product/display). You can select the calculation option Commerce Multicurrency: Display the price in a specific currency. - which fires the mentioned rules event.
  By default this converts the price into the user selected currency by using the new rules component Convert price to user currency
• Added rules action to set user currency: Set the user currency to use
• Disabled page cache for the currency switching URL's
• Added some basic tests
• Coding standards cleanup
• Try to set better defaults rules as of: #1438508: Create a default shipping rate calculation rule to convert shipping line items to the selected currency, too, #1356906: Guide: how to display the selected currency in the checkout panes
