Unable to login to subdomain

We have a site updates.lsc.gov with a default domain & 4 subdomains. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

We have a sub sub domain in Domain Access named "eweb.updates.lsc.gov" that we're trying to change to the subdomain "eweb.updates.lsc.gov". Currently we're able to log into on the User page at http://eweb.updates.lsc.gov/user.

On the Domains page at admin/structure/domain, when I edited the domain & change the Domain field from eweb.updates.lsc.gov to eweb-updates.lsc.gov & also updated the Domain alias name on our Rackspace server in Plesk to eweb-updates.lsc.gov.

However, when I go to the User page at http://eweb-updates.lsc.gov/user, I'm unable to log into Drupal.

When I log into the site at http://updates.lsc.gov/admin/reports/dblog, I see the following log message:

Do you have any idea how to fix this so we can log in?
