The output of a couple of messages from the core update module had no themable HTML - including the, "All of your projects are up to date", message. I themed it like other Update module output - including the "ok" colors and checkmark icon already referenced within the module.

I stuck to the module's theming/CSS as much as possible without having to add too much. RTL CSS was updated as well.

I'm attaching the patch and an "after" screenshot from within D7's Seven theme.

The patch is from the webroot (vs. modules/update/).

This is a minor thing, but in looks nice (makes the "this is good to go", message stronger) - and helps people adding content to Update module pages containing these messages.
