This is a feature request. I saw this in "Easy Breadcrumb" module settings. The option to choose if the current page should use it's menu link name or current page title in the breadcrumbs.

This (needs work) adds a checkbox like in easy to use page title (over the menu title in this case) and will do it for all segments.

Edit: I just realised this is kind of the opposite of what you asked though :)
