Not sure why this got bumped. This is a very old issue and likely no longer applies. This patch is for the oa_workbench app, so the Component tag is still correct. @kiamlaluno let me know if there was some other reason for removing that.

@mpotter I removed a tag that was used from a single issue and which was duplicating another field. I apologize for bumping the issue.
