is there any ways to integrate with twitter or facebook like /sharing?
so that they user can just like and it will show his referral link to facebook maybe this can help

That would be awesome. I guess the way to do it would be along the lines of pre-processing the users referral information into "every" link (that was likable) so when it was liked, it would present the referral ID to facebook.

This would of course make tracking/aggregating almost impossible, certainly on the FB app side, because every link would be different.
