don't block internal ip ranges

Hi,

I noticed the module checks if the ip is 127.0.0.1, if this ip matches it doesn't send it to the stopforum api.

Can we extend this check to all the internal ip ranges? https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/RFC_1918
